For the “IMRU” residential development in Rüschlikon, GRAPHEX created a comprehensive real estate rendering package that presents the premium architecture, lake views and interior design as a coherent visual concept. The exterior renderings show the building volume, landscaped gardens and relationship between the residential project and Lake Zurich in both daytime and evening atmospheres.

Interior renderings of the living, dining and bathroom areas communicate the materials, lighting and spatial character with precision. The images supported the interior design and project development process while also providing a high-quality foundation for marketing the apartments within the premium property segment.
