Mehrfamilienhaus «IMRU»: 3D visualization in Rüschlikon

For the multi-family building “IMRU” in Rüschlikon, GRAPHEX focused on the interplay of high-end architecture, lake views, and carefully designed interiors. Daytime and evening exterior perspectives highlight the building’s articulated massing, landscaped gardens, and its relationship to Lake Zurich. Interior renderings of the living and dining areas as well as the bathrooms communicate materiality, lighting design, and spatial atmosphere with great clarity.The images served as a shared planning reference for interior design and project development, while also providing a key asset for marketing the premium apartments.
