What Documents Do You Need for an Exterior Rendering?
Ideally, send us floor plans, sections, elevations and a site plan as PDF or CAD files. Details of façade materials, terrain and landscaping, as well as photos of the site, are also helpful. A finished 3D model is not required: if none is available, we create the necessary geometry from your plans.
Can You Use an Existing 3D Model?

As a guide, a project with three to six views takes three to four weeks. The exact schedule depends on the scope, the available documents and the coordination process. Our visualisation quotations include three revision rounds. Major plan changes, additional views or further revision rounds are quoted separately before we proceed.
What Resolution and File Formats Will I Receive?
You receive the final exterior renderings as JPG or PNG files at 4000 × 2700 pixels as standard. On request, we prepare additional versions for project websites, property portals, social media or presentations. Special requirements for image format and print resolution are agreed with you before the project starts.
