GRAPHEX is a specialized Zurich-based 3D studio working with real estate developers, architecture firms, and interior designers across Switzerland who want to communicate projects with clarity and emotional impact. Since 2017, we have been creating photorealistic visualizations for marketing and decision-making—with fewer iterations and clear results.

  1. Briefing & documents: You send plans, 3D models, and references. We define target audience, use case, and desired viewpoints.
  2. 3D model, site & viewpoints: We build the geometry from your drawings and set the key camera positions. You review massing and views and provide feedback.
  3. Materials, lighting & furnishing: We apply materials, establish the lighting mood, and add furnishing. You review preview renders and comment on the atmosphere.
  4. Fine-tuning: We refine framing, colors, contrast, and details until everything feels consistent. Your final adjustments are incorporated here.
  5. Final delivery: We render the final resolution, optimize in post-production, and deliver files for web, presentations, or print. After approval, you receive the final visuals.
