Multi-Family Residence: 3D Visualization in Thun

For this residential project in Thun, GRAPHEX developed visualizations that communicate both the architectural intent and the living quality of the building. Interior views of the open-plan living and dining area, bedrooms, and bathrooms present the spaces in a warm, timeless atmosphere, making proportions, views, and furnishing concepts immediately tangible. Complementary exterior perspectives convey the building’s materiality and structure as well as its relationship to the garden. The visualizations serve as a shared decision-making basis for the architecture firm and the client, while also supporting marketing by giving prospective buyers an early, realistic impression of their future home.
