Multi-Family Residence “Thirty three”: 3D Visualization in Rüschlikon

For the “Thirty three” multi-family residence in Rüschlikon, GRAPHEX developed a visual language that presents the architecture, outdoor areas, and interior fit-out as a cohesive whole. The exterior visualizations communicate the building’s massing, access, and integration into the surroundings, while clearly highlighting the quality of the private outdoor spaces. The interior views portray the living, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom areas with a clean, uncluttered staging, making the floor plan logic and material concept immediately understandable. The renderings form the foundation for brochures, the project website, and presentations, helping position the development as a high-quality yet calm residential address in Rüschlikon.
